Celebrating ANZAC Day Elwood style

Writer's picture: JaneJane

The Friends of the Elwood RSL organised a wonderful ANZAC Day commemoration on the Elwood foreshore. Proceedings commenced with a prayer read by Heidi Taylor from St Columba Primary School, the laying of wreaths - including one by Finn and Orlando Taylor on behalf of our school, the Last Post, Ode, Flag lowering and speeches. It was a beautiful local tribute to an event which has a significant impact on this country.
